Foam:
The Seat is made in Moulded foam of 55 density in all models. The Back made of
Moulded foam of 55 density is used in models wherever available. Polyurethane foam
of 32 or 40 density & 2” thickness is used in models where moulded foam of
55 density is not available.
Base:
Five prong fibre base (70% Virgin Nylon & 30% Glass Fibre) OR
Five prong m.s. base of 14 gauge and powder coating upto 40 microns OR
Five prong metal base with wooden cover OR
Five prong base of stainless steel
Fabric:
Normal Fabric @ Rs.120/- per metre is used for all models.
Gas Lift:
Suspa of West Germany OR Ivars of Italy OR MDI of Malaysia.
