This need is felt only when an employee complains of a backache (after all, how much time of his life does he spend on his chair) or grumbles about a squeaking chair or a chair is thrown aside just because a castor wheel is jammed/broken. A chair like any equipment is made up of moving parts, which are subject to normal wear & tear.
