Epsilon Enterprise is a young and professionally managed company into the business of manufacturing and repairs of Executive Chairs. The Company is promoted by management graduates, who have combined work experience of more than two decades in the Corporate sector. We have been appointed as the exclusive marketing representative of ARES LINE, in India. ARES LINE, an Italian Company, is one of the leading chair manufacturers in the world and exports its 250 models daily to more than 40 countries. ARES LINE products are certified in conformity with UNI EN ISO 9001 Standards, which is even higher than the ISO 9002 standards. The company offers a fantastic range of chairs.

"Chair-Main" offers an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the existing office chairs. In fact, we have been the first in the industry to provide such a service. We undertake repair jobs and servicing for all the existing chairs. Be it changing of fabric to replacing any broken parts.

We could even custom build seating solutions to your specifications and design. Our list of Clients has been impressive. We have been working for the top corporate bodies and renowned Architects. The quality, design, and service of our products have rewarded us with repeat orders from our very demanding clients.

The Company is a partnership concern promoted, in April, 1998, by Prithviraj Bhagat, who has done his Bachelors Degree in Economics & Masters in Management Studies (MMS) with specialization in Marketing from Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research (SIMSR) affiliated to the Mumbai University and has over 11 years of experience in advertising, marketing and finance.

The co-promoter, Bhavana Mehta has done her Bachelors Degree in Statistics and Masters in Management Studies (MMS) with specialization in marketing from Sydenham College affiliated to the Mumbai University. She has over 10 years of experience in marketing and finance.

The Company's objectives are the continuous research and development of new chair designs with the aim of optimising the technical and ergonomical characteristics as well as the aesthetics of the product, in order to adequately respond to the demands of present & future office seating systems.

We manufacture critical components in mild steel (MS) like the mechanism and stands. We outsource other raw-materials like castors, arms, foam, fabric, etc. from manufacturers who are also suppliers to other top chair manufacturers in the Country.

The most peculiar design feature of Zodiac Chairs is " there is no standard design". The entire chair construction is modular in nature. There are different modules like stand, mechanism, arms, height adjustments, foam, seat, back etc. that make a chair. One could combine different elements from a module and create new designs. (A possibility of innumerable permutations and combinations of different modules and hence millions of designs.)

The company is registered as a manufacturer and trader u/s 22 / 22A of the Bombay Sales Tax Act, 1959 & u/s 7(1) / 7(2) of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956. We have an Import- Export code (IEC) with the Reserve Bank of India.

We have an office at Santacruz (West) and workshops at Santacruz (East) for upholstery work and Mahalaxmi for manufacturing of steel components. The company has a variable worker staff strength in the production department who are employed on a labour basis.

We have a production capacity of 2500 chairs per month on a single shift basis.
